Breakfast bar - step 8

This is really a continuation of step 7.  Here you can see I'm covering the whole piece with paper except for the bottom where it will be connected to a base with wheels.

This is a view from the front.  This paper coating step takes quite a bit of time.

It will be a few days before I post the next steps.  I need to set this aside for at least the weekend while I work on other projects.   I have customer quilts to finish.  I have fair entries to get done.  I have some appointments to set up.  Things like that.  As much as I love working on this piece, the other things have priority.

If I can work it into my schedule I will finish coating the rest with the paper and start working on the next section by Tuesday or Wednesday.  I did get some more large cardboard pieces yesterday.  I can use part of it to make the other drawers for this section.  The cardboard I got was really nice stuff.  One piece is even triple fluted.  Exciting!

Have a really great holiday and I'll see you back here in a few days.
